We offer lambs from our classic Suffolk sheep ready for market in September. They weigh in at approx. 150 lbs to 200 lbs. We will deliver them to the processor, or have them butchered on our farm. The customer is then responsible for paying the kill fee, cut and wrap, and picking up their lamb meat. We sell lambs based on current market price.
For customers in the Willamette Valley we make a single trip with lambs to Mount Angel Meat Company for processing. A link to their website can be found under Links. Please contact us early for availability.
A rough cost estimate for a whole lamb is $275 for the lamb, $75 kill fee, and $50 for cutting and wrapping for a total cost of $400.00.
